WHO DETERMINES YOU ARE A INFLUENCER...
An influencer is an individual who has the power to affect the purchase decisions of others because of his/her authority, knowledge, position or relationship with his/her audience. An individual who has a following in a particular niche, which they actively engage with.
I think nowadays people have the perception of waking up one day and telling themselves they are going to set up an Instagram page, youtube channel and make it as an influencer. I set up my channel to get my mind off a crap time I was having at the time, plus I knew it was a good stream to have for my business.
Believe me or not, I actually hate social media, I hate what it is turning into. Over the last four and a half years it's CHANGED... People care so much about what they can get for free from brands, how much publicity they can attract. What happened to just being yourself? If you feel that your natural true self isn't worthy of the internet, then what makes you think your made-up character is going to succeed? It is a tough world out there and I fear my children's generation when it comes to them going out in the big bad world.
Do not be anything less than yourself. We have some kind of uniqueness about us and we should be left to it to flourish in what we want out of our lives. I enjoy going live, creating content because I put smiles on your faces and I hope inspiration for you to get up and go and do something you have always wanted to do.
