Whilst the country comes to a stand still, we just sit and watch through our windows all this white fluffy stuff coming down from the sky ( Penny's words) and trap us in our homes. So all the schools closed, the boys were so happy but not as much as me. Yes I have a phobia of driving in this weather and on Thursday afternoon whilst on the school run I did have a panic attack and cried. Deep down I knew I just had to get home and my kids to safety.
It was one of the best memories we had as a family, we were trapped at home and the kids just wanted to be outside. Penny's first steps were so beautiful to watch.
